About

Launched in July 2019, Feed A Family remains our most successful project to date. In spite of multiple Covid19 lockdowns, strict social protocols and political upheaval, we have never shut down. In March 2020, Feed A Family implemented our Covid19 Emergency Food Parcel Drive and we changed our 30-day distribution model to every fifteen days, which is twice the work but helps us reach more food-insecure families. 

In 2021, Feed A Family For A Month $35 distributed 2.6 million nutritious meals.

Build A Well

VIEW PROJECT
(The righteous are those) who feed the poor, the orphan and the captive for the love of God, saying, “We feed you for the sake of God Alone: we seek from you neither reward nor thanks.” [Holy Quran, 76: 8-9]
Jabir (r) reported: Rasulullah, may the peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said, “The best of the people are those who are most beneficial to others.” [Imam Suyuti]
“Good deeds whose reward 'flows' to you after your death include: knowledge you taught and promulgated; a righteous child who lived after you; a copy of the Qur'an you left as inheritance; a mosque you built; a house you built for travelers and/or displaced refugees; a stream (or well) you dug or directed for others' benefit; a charity given from your wealth."
Zaid bin Arqam narrated: The Companions said: “O Prophet of Allah, what are these sacrifices?” He ﷺ said: “The Sunnah of your father, Ibrahim.” They said: “What is there for us in them?” He ﷺ said: “For every single hair of the wool, one goodness.” (Ibn Majah)
Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said the best charity is to give water. He also said to construct a well is Sadaqa al-Jaariya, an everlasting donation that rewards you or a deceased loved one continuously, even in the grave.
Establish Salat and pay Zakat and obey the Messenger so that you may be favored with mercy. (Holy Qur'an, 24:56)

Support Our Mission

We provide emergency food, clean water, clothing and blankets to severely at-risk families, orphans, widows, refugees, the homeless, jobless, and disabled who live on the edge of catastrophic neglect in India, Eastern Uganda, Lebanon, and the United States. Our outside-the-box service model is results driven, volunteer supported, and 100% donor funded.

Your contribution is tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
